Liked: I took my wife here for our mini moon and the hotel was disgusting! I wouldn’t even give it 2 stars!!

Ardoe = luxury and comfort!

Liked: Room was lovely and quiet with a really comfy bed - and all the little extras as a Privilege Room were great (esp as I got a Genius upgrade). Public areas were stunning in the original house but comfortable and food was delicious - afternoon tea and Blairs. Must try a Rusty Coo in the bar (but only one).
Disliked: Just little niggles - room service breakfast order not picked up and request for a shower mat ignored (uber luxury shower but nothing to grab when floor slippery). Spa was lovely but didn't find out until the end I didn't get the treatment I booked as equipment not working properly!!!
