Liked: My stay here was better than expected - the room is small but had everything I needed and the staff were very helpful when I asked to leave some luggage aside for a friend to collect for me. I really appreciated that. There were a few spots to eat, a lovely cemetary to stroll through and public transport close by. A good stay for that price point.

Liked: Great location, within easy walk of a few nice pubs etc but also close to bus routes into city centre (walkable as well on a nice day just not in the rain!). Our room was on the third floor so lots of stairs but very clean.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and professional. The quick response to questions were promptly met with enthuthiasm.
Disliked: When i got to the room, i discovered one of the tea spoon was dirty with milk stain all over it. Apparently it wasn't washed or changed. i also discovered the next morning that the hot shower wasn;t working although the wash hand basin had hot water.

Disliked: 1 small pillow which was insufficient. Room very cramped. No mirror above sink. Only continental breakfast offered, which was a bit steep at £10.
