Liked: Very friendly staff; very comfortable bed; very reasonably priced when all you need is a bed to rest your head at the end of a night out.

Good value accommodation, friendly staff

Liked: Easy to find, clean with friendly staff and on a bus route to the city. Expensive when we stayed due to an event in the city but normal pricing very reasonable.
Disliked: Parking very limited and expensive but not a problem for a weekend visit.

Noisy- room with poor sound...

Liked: Super friendly ladies at the reception! We liked to have the room at the top floor. The bus stop is across the street, not too far from the city.
Disliked: Super bad sound isolation- other guests smashing doors on the same floor late evening and at night, then construction works started near the building in the early morning. There is no elevator, so you’ll have to carry luggage’s up on the narrow stairs.

Liked: You can't find anything cheaper in Edinburgh. Good value for money Bus stop right outside .
Disliked: They never cleaned the room. We asked for towels, which they never brought. When we asked for directions on how to get there, they replied a day later, when we had already arrived.
