Liked: Fairly good location. Breakfast waiter was very nice. It was very clean. Eggs Benedict delicious.
Disliked: No bar or restaurant except for breakfast although site suggested there was a restaurant. Some rooms in a separate building so you had to go outside. Room was very cramped with no price concession for single person and for what was offered it was very expensive. I wouldn't book again. Full Scottish breakfast disappointing. Coffee awful.

Liked: The rooms had beds and the hotel was close to the golf course and pubs
Disliked: The rooms were tiny. Literally all you could do in them was sleep on uncomfortable beds. The bathroom was so small you couldn't stand sideways at the sink and close the door. The shower also fluctuated between freezing and boiling several times each use

Liked: The hotel location was perfect to our needs. A 5 minute walk to everything. Restaurants, shops, golf and the University of St. Andrew’s.
Disliked: All floors are only accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.

Liked: Amazing location. Comfy beds, very clean, pleasant staff.
Disliked: Desk wasn't manned on check in or check out and it took a long time for someone to come after ringing the buzzer, but otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful.
