Completely awful and ruined our...

Liked: There is nothing positive to say unfortunately
Disliked: The property was described as an apartment but was 2 very small rooms with a door between. Property did not have a fridge although I had specifically asked about this prior to stay and was told there was . The staff located a fridge however the room was so small there was no where for it to go and they insisted that they would leave it in the hallway and out stuff would be ‘safe’ there despite being told it was for prescribed medications. Tried to tell the hosts that this was not what we booked and we were not going to stay the 3 nights we booked. The place was not clean , rusty radiators and taps etc cracks / peeling ceilings, dirty carpets . Very run down. No hot water in either room sink as taps were completely seized and don’t turn on. Window did not shut as it had no handles ,both broken off , was freezing and radiators didn’t work either, curtains fell down every time they were opened / closed. Because the window wouldn’t shut there was lots of noise from outside all night and very cold. Beds very uncomfortable as you could feel every spring . We found the entire building had a terrible overpowering stench . Had to go and buy all kinds of air freshers to try and mask the smell in the room . Had to cut our trip short due to this accommodation being completely unacceptable.

Liked: The hotel was close location to the venue where I was working for the weekend.
Disliked: The room didn't look anything like the pictures and the WiFi wasn't very strong.

Liked: That this hotel is clean and also quiet and very close to city centre is excellent in accompanying any needs brought up and smooth check in and check out couldn't of been anymore helpful
Disliked: This box will have to be empty as everything was excellent

Took 1 look and booked...

Liked: Absolutely nothing, it shouldn't be allowed guests.
Disliked: The front door had been kicked in, hardly any lights were working, the smell of the place was a mixture of drugs and damp. Other patrons we're threatening looking. Main point was the lock to door room door my 2 young daughters were staying in wasn't working. At first we were told that it'll be fine and our things are safe. I was more concerned about our safety looking at the type of people staying there. To be fair they did say it was fixed an hour later but we'd already booked elsewhere. This "hotel" is not fit for human beings and should be removed from Booking.com before there is a major incident there.
