Disliked: Very poor facilities, staff not helpful, rooms very basic and dated, bathroom more like premier in, lack of toiletries, very cheap facilities- hairdryer more like a travel one, pool and spa facilities dirty, no frills at all. Would not stay again

Liked: The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean
Disliked: The hotel was very tired, gardens full of weeds and there is not air conditioning in the rooms, the breakfast buffet area was crampt and there was very little option beyond a full English.

Wonderful holiday of a lifetime

Liked: We had a family get together our son and daughter in law came from Australia and our other son and his partner came down from Newcastle a perfect location fo0r all of us.
Disliked: Nothing even the weather was perfect

Disliked: The food was really disappointing - it would be better to offer simple dishes done well, than to try and make them look like fine dining but taste processed.

Liked: setting is beautiful, room comfortable.. Staff on the whole very friendly and helpful.Destination spa very pleasant. Public areas are lovely with plenty of choice of seating inside and out. restaurant and bar are bright and airy.
Disliked: No drinking water provided in the room. Ground floor room looks directly onto the golf course meaning curtains had to be closed to get any Privacy making the room very dark and a bit depressing.. Breakfast choice poor for a 4 star hotel. Would have liked Greek yoghurt and more fruit. Option of poached eggs or more continental options.
