It was ok
Liked: Breakfast was great and atmosphere welcoming
Disliked: Dark rooms and the area felt uncomfortable to walk around with the littles. Hot tub closed.

Disliked: The walls were thin... i could hear my neighbors talking, watching tv and the room above us was very annoying and stomping all the time.

Liked: The staff did everything to accommodate us. The room was always clean. The continental breakfast was like a mini buffet. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again and recommend it to everyone we know.
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel. Management and staff are the best.

Liked: Convenient location. Also, Lilly was wonderful in locating items we left behind and helping to get them back to us.

Liked: Continental breakfast was better than expected. Had make your own waffles! Premade Egg omelettes were ok.
Disliked: Many different entrances / gates to go thru. But I guess its good for security purposes.

Disappointing
Disliked: I reserved this for my daughter and granddaughter and was asked by booking.com if I was reserving for someone else, and I stated yes. My daughter is on my credit account, and when asked at the desk, she presented my card (her card had not arrived yet). They would not take it. She asked them to call Cap One to confirm she has authorization to use, but they said no, they do not do that. 1000 miles from home, I had to Zelle money to her so she could get the room. What harm would it have done for them to call the number on the card, then look at her ID to confirm it is her? For this reason, I can't recommend this motel.
