Nice hotel close to Genting Arena. Staff were pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

Disliked: Just parking places very tight. Being disabled I had to get out of the car before parking. I couldn't see any designated disabled parking.

Very happy!!

Liked: The breakfast was lovely with lots of options.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The rooms were really big. We were a party of 10 attending the murder 57 evening and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for airport, with...

Liked: The hotel was perfect for a pre-flight stay (just a 15min walk from the airport!), which made our morning incredibly smooth. While the rooms weren’t the most modern, they were comfortable and totally adequate. We really appreciated the included access to the spa, which added real value to the stay. Room service was also a pleasant surprise: affordable, tasty, and delivered with a smile. We would surely stay here again.
Disliked: While the room got a bit warm, it was still manageable. Some of the staff interactions felt indifferent or lacking in energy. More going through the motions than genuinely welcoming.
