Arden Hotel And Leisure Club

Nice hotel close to Genting Arena. Staff were pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

Disliked: Just parking places very tight. Being disabled I had to get out of the car before parking. I couldn't see any designated disabled parking.

Good all around hotel

Disliked: I think breakfast could be included as £14 is rather steepg

perfectly lovely for a family...

Liked: pool, staff friendliness, child friendly, proximity to resorts world and NEC. Beds comfy, breakfast good and plentiful. Felt very safe and family friendly for single parent family
Disliked: Bar food awful, burnt but yet cold. Room freezing at night others had mentioned this. I had to ask for an extra quilt and they fetched a portable heater into room. Radiators had been switched off?

Great for short stay and...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy check in, was able to check in earlier. Not too far to World Arena/bp pulse LIVEand Resorts World Birmingham. Decided to go for a swim, opening times were great but facilities could do with a little upgrade. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: At the swimming pool we had to try 3 lockers before we found one that closed. There was no proper introduction to facilities and where we would find showers/ toilets etc. Some staff were more focused on their phone. Some gaps in tiles...No changing cabins or plastic bags or swimming suits dryer...Directions within hotels not always clear.

Exceptional

Liked: Walking distance to bp pulse live only 5-10 minutes. Parking was included in the stay plus 1 hour free each day of stay to use the leisure facilities. Before we left on Sunday it was great to use the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. It was nice to go back after the show and be able to sit and relax in the bar before heading back to the room
