Not worth the money

Disliked: Nothing was explained to the guests. We requested room to be cleaned which was never done. The staff were not friendly. Check in could have been much better. Totally disappointed with the overall way the guests were treated.

Pleasant stay

Liked: We liked almost everything about our stay: the quick check-in, the spacious and beautiful room, the availability of a baby crib, the hotel’s convenient location, and the quality of the breakfast.
Disliked: The only downside was that the breakfast restaurant was too small considering the large number of guests. We had to search for a place to sit, and it felt very cramped as other people were seated very close to us.

Great hotel for the money...

Liked: The suite (we were 3) was incredible. Large rooms, large and very good beds, excellent cleaning. The hotel is very close to metro station.
Disliked: I cannot say anything in specific, maybe it should be longer curtains for covering the light in the morning. But still it was quite good as it was. The noise from the street is not pleasant, but again, not too bothering.
