confusing/misleading cleaning procedure

Liked: Good room size for multi-nights stay. Convenient central location.
Disliked: We were informed we needed to explicitly ask for cleaning via some website. The website claims cleaning is done in any case after three night. We relied on that and after coming back in the evening after the third night, we were unpleasantly surprised to find no cleaning occurred. Upon request reception arranged for cleaning the next day and provided fresh towels but we still had to spend that night with sheets less clean than we would have liked. Also the cleaning was done not quite at the time we requested, which was a bit inconvenient.

Highly recommended for short trip

Liked: I really liked the location because it wasn't loud at night, but it was close to everything I needed (tourist spots, shops and ATMs).The room is spacious and clean. The furniture and plumbing are almost new and everything was in good working order. The room was clean. I liked that the cleaning is on request

Good hotel

Liked: There is a breakfast available, but we didn't opt for it. There are many good restaurants in the area and you can easily find any type of breakfast/lunch/dinner you want. We had 1 suite and 1 standard room. The suite is quite roomy, but it was a little hard to keep cool with the A/C. The standard room seemed to keep cool easily. The staff is very helpful and responsive. The hotel is right at the Oranienburger Tor U-bahn station, which is super convenient for sightseeing.

Liked: Clean and nice layout. Comfy bathroom. The terrace was nice.
Disliked: The only standing light does not work at all. The light at the bed and one of the bulb on conference room didn't work.... For a business suite, this little detail doesn't meet the standards. The lighting are old fashioned and very warm, which makes the room very uncomfortable. There are not enough electricity either.

Exceptional

Liked: Expensive if you have your pet friend with you at 15€/day, but all in all the place is very clean, with all the amenities we needed, and perfectly located.
