Not bad

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the lady checking me out was nice. The bathroom was nice, and I was given a bathtub, as I requested. The sauna was OK.
Disliked: The sauna wasn't switched on on my last night. Nothing was much explained to me on check-in regarding breakfast, the sauna, or the city lounge (which I still don't know what it is). The area has a lot of homeless people and drug users (I acknowledge this is not the hotel's fault), but there is a police station across the street, so you should be safe. I requested a double bed but was given two singles. My room was only made up once, after my third night. There was a bit of a language barrier for speaking English (again, I acknowledge this is not the hotel's fault)
