Superb

Liked: people at the desk were nice and helpful. I was glad that we could park in the basement, very practical
Disliked: A swimming pool would have been marvellous.

Adequate but not reccomendable

Liked: It was close to museumsinsel and the underground station there. The staff gave 1 or 2 good recommendations for food. The bed was comfy and the room relatively spacious for an intercity room
Disliked: We were uninformed of a requirement to book cleaning. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. The staff nodded along without helping. We wanted to have our bins emptied even if we couldn’t get it cleaned without a days advanced notice. While the receptionist assured us this could be done it wasn’t.

Very good place with convenient...

Liked: Close to metro and museum island. Very clean and spacious rooms. Big windows. Good breakfast.
