Perfect for family stay, high...

Liked: Great location at the river for a walk, truly well thought out room in new condition. I can recommend this for family stay as the room we had was big. Nice details like sun screens and shower of high quality. One of the best hotels we have had in years of travelling.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, if one needs to bring up something you can say that breakfast could offer more choice. I have to say I was still happy about it and products were very tasty and fresh.

Good value with friendly staff

Liked: How friendly and helpful the staff is. We arrived late and despite the fact that the restaurant was already closed, they still offered and prepared for us french fries so I didn't need to be hungry. Thank you!
Disliked: That airco in the room didn't work, and sleeping with an open window was very loud given the location. Pretty hard mattress too.

Lovely hotel, great location, very...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and nice. Having a tram stop right outside was very handy as it made it easy to get in to the town.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The room is clean and quiet. It has a stunning river view. The kids had a direct access to the grass (our room is on ground floor).
Disliked: The website offered a free extra bed for my 7 years old daughter, however we paid in the end 35 Euro per night.

Liked: The location is great, the stuff in the morning was super friendly. The guy in the evening super unfriendly. The room is small but new and comfortable, we hate the bed with a gap in the middle, however,. We had bad luck since there was a concert opposite which boomed through the window the whole night until 7 AM. The entrance area is very comfortable nice and modern.
