Five star experience!

Liked: Fantastic stay. This is a charming hotel with a central location close to plenty of restaurants and the metro station. Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was more than courteous to us. I’ll stay here again! Thanks.

Disliked: The 11 PM fire alarm and zero communication from the staff. LIKE nothing except for one lung woman after an hour who simply asked if each person wanted earplugs. It's extremely irresponsible for there to be 0 communication -thankfully there was not a fire. But no-one directed guests at any point other than to tell them they couldn't come back in yet. There were a number of elderly guests - no one helped them. I personally helped one down the 5 flights of stairs.

Perfect staycation spot

Liked: Enjoyed the location of the hotel being close to public transportation and far enough from Old Town to be quiet but close enough to walk a few blocks to things to see. Restaurant on premise is small, intimate and quiet compared to other options in town.
Disliked: Advertising of complimentary coffee in the lobby would have been helpful. However, nearby cafes made it easy to get to some breakfast options if need be.
