Lovely stay in the city

Liked: The location was so convenient as it was close to grand central. The room was comfortable and roomy for three people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop bar which had a great view of the empire state building. They also did baggage storage which was very helpful.

Great overall!

Liked: The location is very convenient. If you’re flying from Newark, the express bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful! The manager of the hotel made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean.
Disliked: My only complaint is that the AC was loud and woke me up a few times.

Amazing, relaxing and fun! Loved...

Liked: Loved the ambiance in the lobby area! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and the beds were super comfy!
Disliked: Size of rooms could have been a little more spacious but I know New York has limited space!

Liked: Amazon room, central location, loved the roof top bar.
Disliked: Felt we got ripped off with the taxi organised to go to the airport at the end of the trip organised ny the hotel. The cost of the taxi to Newark was $134 + tip which was almost $70 more than taking an UBEr. Left us with a bad experience after an incredible stay.

Perfect location to walk everywhere

Liked: From the moment we got there the staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. The lobby is lovely. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Little treats were left each day in the room from housekeeping. We wanted to walk alot and the hotel is situated perfectly for walking in either direction. Lots of sightseeing close by as well. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: We had one of the biggest rooms at the hotel and it was still a little tight.
