Liked: Great room and great location in downtown Napa. Very nice amenities in the room. Very nice gym. Rooftop bar and lounge area was great also! They also give daily water in the room and night time snack!
Disliked: Valet parking takes a little longer than most places

Superb

Liked: Location very good for walking to downtown restaurants and pick up for wine tours.
Disliked: Service at the roof top bar was indifferent the night we visited. Wonderful view of the mountains for sunset.

Liked: Loved the location, its the center of the shopping, restaurants and tasting rooms. The decor is sleek and has a great vibe.
Disliked: Peak season pricing is costly and you can get a better value by pushing your travel dates back or up. The rooftop bar is the spot for all and none hotel guests love to party there so the crowd can get a bit rambunctious and security is more like monitoring. But it makes for great people watching and fun times!

We really enjoyed our time...

Liked: Huevos Rancheros at Breakfast were really good. Room very clean and good amenities. Good location Nice restaurant (Charlie Palmer's steak house) that we get to enjoy one evening for dinner. Roof top bar is nice and good view of Napa. Totally recommending the Hot Air Balloon with Aloft !!
Disliked: The Valet services. We ended up by having a scratch on our rented car. One day it took them over 30 min to get our car even when we requested it ahead of time.
