Liked: Spacious underground parking (30 PLN/day), amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options (55 PLN/person), a large room with a comfortable bed, and a small kitchenette in the room—even though we didn’t use it (note: there are no dishes or utensils provided by default, you have to request them separately). Surprisingly good sound insulation from outside—the room was very quiet. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Would gladly return!
Disliked: Poor sound insulation from the corridor—you can clearly hear people talking or just walking by. Also, none of the staff spoke English, which was surprising given they were all quite young. Still, we managed to communicate using gestures and smiles :) With just a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Liked: The room and hotel were nice. Convenient location. The only downside was that the air conditioner didn’t work for cooling, only for heating. However, the weather made up for it.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I had a negative experience due to the interaction with the receptionist. My Booking.com reservation was not showing up in the hotel’s system. The receptionist showed no empathy, didn’t offer any suggestions, or help resolve the issue — she simply stated, “Check-in is not possible.” Eventually, we managed to resolve the situation ourselves and found the necessary information. However, the lack of empathy from the staff left a lasting negative impression.

Disliked: Misleading information on the hotel. There are 2 hotels in a housing complex. I was put in the hotel which were small self contained apartments. Washer Dish Washer Separate bedroom with 2 single beds next to each other which were squashed in. One coat hanger in all pretty disappointing I'm used to staying in good hotels with a decent budget, I wished I'd had stayed in the City now. Luckily it was just for 3 nights. Also breakfast was in the next hotel which was a 3/4 minute walk but outside, luckily it didn't rain.
