Disliked: Some staff members were unfriendly. The room was hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Parking was expensive. Check-out was very early

Hotel is nice and in...

Liked: At check-in my phone had died and I was unable to produce my reservation information for our rooms. We also needed to extend our reservation by several days and change the number of occupants. Michat at the check-in counter assisted us with patience and efficiency.Our rooms were nice and well appropriated. In the lobby area on the ground floor was a little art exhibition which added to the pleasant tree of our stay.
Disliked: We did not get breakfast because the $19 charge was a bit steep for our budget. In defense, however, that seems to be commensurate with other properties in the area.

Liked: A lovely hotel that I have stayed in twice and will be staying in again. The restaurant food is excellent as is the buffet breakfast ,,- being able to squeeze my own mixed fruit juice was great.
Disliked: A little bit further out of the city centre than I would have liked although taxis are cheap so not a major issue.
