Liked: Very clean accommodation; excellent breakfast buffet; very comfortable.

The employees at the restaurant and the reception desk were very polite, helpful, and respectful.

Liked: Very clean; liked the furniture and spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The room was right above the kitchen, so it shook when they were doing laundry. Pillows were too puffy!

Front desk were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which was awesome and the location is great. We went to a show at the Paradise which is on Comm Ave and was only a 10 minute walk away. I will definitely stay there again and you can catch the Green Line Trains right across the street.

Small and uncomfortable bathroom

Liked: Host at front desk was polite and answered any question or concerns I had.
Disliked: Bathroom was not what I was expecting. Toilet was almost on the floor and the shower/tub was small and not really a tub. Shower head only aimed at the back corner of the shower. Room was 59 degrees when we arrived but the maintenance person had it fixed within the hour.

Great location, convenient to much...

Liked: The Brookline area is trendy and convenient to BU, Fenway, Newberry, etc. We lived that we could walk just about everywhere. When we couldn't, lots of transportation options right at the door, including the T and Bluebikes.
Disliked: I've never had a "corridor" room before. It is definitely not the atrium view I've enjoyed on other stays, but it was quiet and clean. We only had one complaint and that was the water quantity and pressure in the shower. That would be a simple improvement.

Liked: location was very good
Disliked: The soap dispenser fell off the wall and was hard to access. The shower required one to step over the toilet in order to enter it. The toilet was impossible to sit on without sitting at severe angle because it was squashed between the sink, the wall, and the shower. There was no television without using a smart phone.
