Exceptional

Liked: The staffs are very nice and helpful and made us feel special. They are really good at connecting with their guest' need.

Parking was terrible.

Liked: It’s proximity to everything.Staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming
Disliked: The street is a little noisy, I could hear the traffic. Also, no views

We had a pleasent stay....

Liked: The room was clean and location is great, very near to the heart of downtown but just tucked away enough so as to make for quiet nights. Additionally, every staff person I interacted with was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was small and the building felt a little rundown, but not so rundown as to meaningfully detract from our stay. It was pleasant overall.
