The outside of the building is shabby so we were very pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable and well appointed our room was.

Liked: The location is perfect for a Spring Break trip. Most things are minutes away. The hotel is clean and a great price.
Disliked: This year's room had some wear and tear on it that showed it's age. The lights flickered when we or a neighboring room used the microwave. The room was clean but damage from the air conditioner was not repaired.

Except for the room facing...

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Location on the city's busiest street. My room was facing that street, and it had emergency vehicles sirens often during the middle of the night.

Considering the budget price it...

Liked: It was quiet, clean and secure and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: It would be nice if there was a luggage rack to hold our bags. Room was very hot when we arrived. Air conditioner was covered with packing tape to disable it. We had to open a window and drape the heavy curtains over a chair to let air in and cool the room.
