Liked: Great proximity to the island, nice pool, decent sized rooms. Very family-centric.
Disliked: One elevator, the glass bowl sink and rainfall shower weren’t great for the kids.

Excellent place to stay.

Liked: We loved the Arbor. Very clean rooms, extremely friendly staff. The location was perfect. Loved the live entertainment on Thursday evening. Breakfast was amazing! We will stay here again next year.
Disliked: The Kurieg coffee machine did not work, but we bring our own anyway so no problem there.

Liked: Property was clean, good location and amenities were great. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside was staff was not very helpful as far as asking for things for room and were not very friendly.

Liked: Great place to stay if you want to be right in downtown Pigeon Forge. The place was well maintained (they took extra effort to landscape & their flowers were beautiful). It was quiet and staff were friendly. Their pool is nice and they have a large supply of kids pool toys to use.
