Liked: Was private and quiet and easy to get to.
Disliked: Wilfred and Veda made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. They took the time to get to know us!

Liked: My mom and I have been traveling for almost 20 days in the NY region and, with any doubt, Mr Wilfred and Mrs Veda were the most interesting people we have met during those days. Add to this, Arbor house was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We stayed at the Champagne room and everything was perfect, the cleaning was SUPERB, "germany style". The decoration is unique. We recommend this place to anyone who wants a memorable experience in the region.

Liked: The B&B is surrounded by a beautiful large garden and is run by a really nice couple, Veda and Wilfred. The rooms are each unique and tastefully furnished. The morning coffee is served up to the room, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was just amazing! Veda always prepared an excellent 3-course breakfast. We really enjoyed the company of the hosts and other guests and missed these morning talks the rest of our trip. It was really fun! Thank you, Veda and Wilfred, for 5 unforgettable days that made our trip to LI so special!

Price seemed a bit steep...

Liked: Location and breakfast were perfect. Host and his spouse were friendly and interesting to talk to.
Disliked: The guest house where we parked was under construction and extremely dilapidated--made us question the arrangement on arrival; but the main house was tidy and clean.
