I would not go there again even if it was for free.

Disliked: The room was dirty. Cob webs under the table; railing outside rotted; something got spilt on the wall near the bed; a shirt hanging up in the bathroom that wasn’t ours; room smelt; had an odor; no tissues; inside shower curtain too short; toilet way too low; walk into the place you walk into a sink; marks on the wall; the air conditioner wasn't really cold.

Liked: So initially I booked a budget (smoking) room, only because I didn’t see the non-smoking listing, and the (I think manager) at the desk offered us the non-smoking room for the same price, which he didn’t have to do and was very considerate and we appreciated it alot. The bed was comfortable and parking was very convenient.
Disliked: Overall, it just didn’t feel the cleanest to be honest. As per usual we always check around for things like mold or bed bugs. And while we didn’t think we found evidence of any, there were quite a few odd looking spots on the ends of the mattress and some sort of orange residue towards the top. We also noticed there was gum pressed into the underside of the bed skirt haha, which would be pretty hard to notice so not going to fault anyone for that! The carpet also seemed like it could have used at least a vacuum, just overall didn’t seem like there was much attention to cleanliness.
