Liked: It was a good stay. Happy with the breakfast we had. Bed was very comfy. Will stay again.
Disliked: I didn't see anything about having to put a $100 deposit when I checked in. The pool prematurely closed. Had to hut for a carport as there was a meeting on site while we were there. I did get my deposit back once I checked out but now still waiting for it the be refunded into my account.

Liked: Great customer service. This was a last minute booking at 11pm and 24/7 hotel reception allowed for a last minute late booking which was really helpful. Amazing service. Comfortable beds and room.

Disliked: King room was big and spacious but given the room had a kitchen facility there was no cutlery, room could have had a microwave and plates, the kitchen area was a useless facility. Bathroom old and tired, hot water fluctuated between hot and cold while having showers.

Good location, comfortable bed, room...

Liked: The bed was great, the room spacious, and we enjoyed the view over the lake from our balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the gym - I may have missed it in the writeup, but it was fairly well equipped and on the same floor as our room.The central heating and aircon kept the room at a comfortable temperature despite the chill outdoors.
Disliked: The room felt underfurnished and underequipped for the price. A second comfy chair would have been great. There were no knives, forks etc even though there is a sink, a good dining table and two dining chairs. You'll need to call reception for utensils if ordering takeout. 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, and 2 teaspoons are the full extent of what is there. There is nothing to wash them with if you wanted to, either.Jets in the spa bath do not work. This has been the case for some time according to staff. Bring muscle soak if you were hoping it'd help with recovery.WiFi took minutes at a time to load a normal webpage... until we activated VPN, then it was fine.Plunger coffee in your room is also not a thing here.
