Liked: There was no restaurant for a decent breakfast and it would have been good to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Also complimentary bottles of water not renewed each day

Great hotel in the suburbs...

Liked: Big room with natural lighting. Amazing bed and nice TV, it's a good place to relax if you need to. The bathroom is also big and with all type of amenities. There are many restaurants close by.
Disliked: The only thing I'd say is that the door room frame was rotten, other than that everything was great!Keep in mind that you definitely need a car to get to the hotel, it's in the suburbs of Madrid with little public transport close by.

Liked: Good location for those drivers who wish to avoid driving into the centre of Madrid. The hotel is a 12 minute drive by taxi.There are a number of good restaurants very nearby.Parking can be accessed from the hotel but isn’t cheap.Reception staff are friendly.
Disliked: Little touches like replacing glasses we had used.Cheaper parking for guests.

Liked: No provision for in-room tea facilities.The menu choices at breakfast was very narrow The information on room entertainment was limited
Disliked: Translation of local language could be improved for foreign guests. An international hotel should make provisions for a wider variety of guests
