Disliked: The hotel is too old and they have to give me another room , my original room was dirty, the phone wasn’t working and the sink was broken

Liked: First I had to pay for the breakfast because they told me that since I did the booking trough booking.com it was not included so I paid but was not impressed with the selection.
Disliked: All the people that made they reservations directly from them did get their free breakfast. So I think that’s not fair.

Disliked: I was not too happy that there was no mattress cover only a thin sheet over the mattress. And no soap on my 2nd day.

Liked: It was a good location
Disliked: Although we were on the top floor, our room faced the back of the hotel so there was no view. We could not get the room to a decent temperature despite have the AC on low all the time. As a result, the room was always warm making it uncomfortable to sleep
