Very nice

Disliked: Smell of bacon in the morning in the bedroom (am a vegetarian). Breakfast was a bit disappointing, nice croissants though.

Liked: Continental breakfast selection was poor , a croissant or a muffin , toaster wasn’t working .
Disliked: Staff were very offhand and disinterested

Quite expensive for the facilities

Liked: Nice area close to tube station, very clean
Disliked: I rang and emailed twice to request an early check in but no one responded. When we arrived early the room was made ready for us. The breakfast was poor.
