Liked: the owener was friendly
Disliked: Poor lighting, cannot read. Access not very clear. Kept the heater on during the night, not enough blankets. no comfortable chairs. Cockroaches. stayed for 5 days , cleaning service promised but not delivered. Tired looking, inside and outrside, appeared to be new oin 1960 and no updating as yet. Had to get the maintenance man to fix the outside door which would not lock anymorafter heavy rainI moved from ther to a spacious multi story apartment in Biggera Waters, 2 bedrooms, bathroom as well as en-suite, underground parking, double security for unit and building as well as for parking underground. 2 balconies and overlooking the ocean. Everything comfortablemodern and first class. Cost per day $20 more than Arabella.

Disliked: Base mattress was very dirty the 2 chairs in the room were filthy we actually took the blanket off the bed to cover the chairs before we sat in them . Parking was like a dogs breakfast it was all over the place would never recommend it nor would I ever stay there again
