Excellent. Loved this place despite...

Liked: Everything was near perfection.
Disliked: Tiny things were big disappointments like bathtub safety. It was difficult to get into tub with small door where tub side/floor angled. There was one safety bar, I needed one or two more. This is a huge safety issue. Also lighting was difficult for makeup. There was portable makeup mirror with lighting, but no place to plug it in unless I bent way over to use it. This was too painful for my back. Coffee pot was too complex to use. The layout of room was odd for gatherings. We had presidential suite but sofa in kitchen did not easily accommodate guests in larger room. The patio seating was not near indoor seating. It was very difficult for my family to gather as I had hoped. We booked place with elevator but needed to climb stairs to get to elevator. Not good for people who expected easier elevator access.

Liked: Love the apartment style format, nicely appointed. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Vervan products and waffle robes were lovely touches! The gym facility was very nice. Rooftop is a beautiful, comfortable retreat. Staff is so friendly, responsive and provided great recommendations.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have easier access to ice, and plumper pillows.

Disliked: Weird check in process - was at the desk and they made me use my phone to go through their website. Also it was raining and you get wet on way to room corridor has no rood

Liked: I didn't have breakfast, in fact I didn't find a breakfast to my taste anywhere. The hotel was very good, very clean with friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: The last time I visited Mexico City was 45 years ago. I found it had lost a lot of charm, was overcrowded, with street vendors every few metres and the traffic so congested that it took ages to travel a short distance.

Liked: Rafael and staff were above excellent. They made me feel valued. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone who likes being treated like a queen!
Disliked: I really wish they had room for a pool or hot tube
