Liked: Rafael and staff were above excellent. They made me feel valued. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone who likes being treated like a queen!
Disliked: I really wish they had room for a pool or hot tube

Liked: Amazing location and a great value. The staff were so kind and helpful, I would absolutely stay here on a future trip.
Disliked: We ran out of some supplies (tissues, toilet paper) and it took a little time to get them replaced, but otherwise staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Liked: A/C was amazing and location is perfect
Disliked: There's a big difference in types of rooms, we had A-13, it was not great, other rooms our friends stayed at for the same price were 100x better.
