Great building and location but...

Liked: Stayed here for a family holiday. We were in one of the ‘back’ units. However, it still had an amazing Seaview as well as 270 degree views across the Sunshine Coast hinterland up to Buderim and down to the Maroochy River across Cottontree. The unit was large and well appointed with a wide variety of kitchen items and everything you would need for a family holiday. The building is in a great location easy walking to restaurants, cafes, markets and lessthan a one minute walk to a patrolled surf beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The only two disappointing things were the unit was not very clean. This may have been an abnormality as it seems to go against the cleanliness score on booking.com for the premises. There were fingerprints over many of the appliances in the kitchen and food splatter on the splashback behind the stove. Many of the utensils were also not clean. My wife also had a significant amount of hair in her shower that wasn’t hers. The unit was looking a little bit tired and was in need of painting due to quite a lot of scuff marks and damage from suitcases coming in and out etc. Although having had a rental unit ourselves it is quite difficult to keep this level of maintenance up .However by far the most annoying thing that would probably prevent us from going back was that the building next door had a very loud air-conditioner/extractor/exhaust system that ran close to12 hours a day. It started in the morning and then turn off until around about 9 pm at night. When sitting out on your front balcony this resulted in a loud buzzing noise which was very annoying. This must be very frustrating for holiday makers and permanent residents in the building.

There is nothing but praise...

Liked: The overall size of the apartment. The ocean views. The location. All the generous amounts of amenities that came with the apartment. The balcony. Generous size bedrooms and living area. TV in both bedrooms and living area. We would definitely come back and stay in this apartment. It’s a 10/10
Disliked: Nothing! Loved everything about it.
