Liked: the room was exactly like shown in the pictures view off beach was great distance to beach was so short as it was just right across the board walk location was great closely located to many shops and restaurants and other food establishments close by the pier but far enough away didn't have to worry about anything also lots of dolphin sightings on the daily from the hotel and beach
Disliked: the parking needless to say you better pay close attention to where you park at the parking is not on site it's like a block away in a huge parking lot that is divided 3 ways between different facilities as to we thought we was parked in the right spot to find out the next morning our car was gone it had been towed due to the lack of signs being visible to parking so we got towed and had to pay a fine of $200 so needless to say that was a horrible way to start or vacation to go out the next morning and find your car is gone the balcony was very small not enough room to store stuff and sit comfortably plus with the ac running right on to the balcony gave off excess heat to the area also one elevator in the hotel it is also very slow and stops at random floors also the pool being located on the road side of the hotel kept it from getting much sun light so the water in the pool was unusually cold to me for the first week of June needless to say due to the parking issue experienced we most likely won't stay at this facility again but I could be wrong because I know different now

Disliked: Elevator needs to be upgraded. Very, very slow. Larger refrigerator would be nice, better parking for unloading and loading. Pool very nice, excellent location close to beach.

Liked: Ocean front great location
Disliked: The staff was awful, especially the night shift. My room that I paid for ahead of time wasn’t available. The ground floor door leading to the patio did not lock. Holes in the curtains and the pictures had been scratched up. I had to beg for towels. I was with my son (13 yrs old) and I didn’t feel safe. The car lot was really small, made of dirt and gravel, and the parking spaces say compact cars. Plus you had to walk across the street a block to get to the parking lot.
