Room floor was dirty

Disliked: Dirty floor and hand wash were in shower

Liked: Very convenient. Was early to check in & had to wait several hours but looked as though short staffed. Very clean,staff very nice and on the beach.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Disliked: Parking was horrible, one elevator, and the staff were rude especially the lady that worked nights. They didn’t have towels in our room when we arrived

Liked: I simply would not return. It is a disgusting place. The prison in front has very bad service. I paid for a superior room and when I arrived I was put on the 1st floor. I would not return.

Disliked: Bad elevater had to take the starts , pool view but more like no view , room was dark no natural light, window facing the hallway, loud at night hard to sleep, no responsibility if you lose anything from your room all together was bad expirence I would not go back.
