Disliked: No paper cups in room and no bag for ice bucket

Liked: So let’s say for us, only good thing was it’s an oceanfront hotel, and we had the ocean view.
Disliked: Well when we arrived to our room, it stunk so bad I had to leave the balcony door open for a bit of time. The sheets covering their brown blankets were stained along with a burn hole. The pillows were not all the same (2 pillows per bed- never seen that before)The floors and the shower had hair on them. There was also no hand soap on the wall at the sink. And the room came with 3 towels for a family of 4. Also pool was closed, and doesn’t state that on the webpage.
