Liked: The parking lot was spacious
Disliked: I'm a very patient, calm, gentle person. Walking in the lobby and being met with a woman sizing me up from head to toe, looking disgusted, and then turning her back on me, shortly after opening a door and letting it slam in my face, that was surprising. Immediately following, the person checking guests in didn't even attempt to hide what I perceived, believed, and felt as racial bias aka racism. I was told I needed to go across the street and get $100 cash, on top of what I already paid, in order to stay. On my way out, I asked a white person staying there if they had to do that... I was told no. The entire ethos and vibe of their communication with me made it very clear they perceived me as a threat, and that is not only traumatizing but morally and legally wrong.

Disliked: The sheet had blood on the all the did is gave more sheet and told me to put them on the bed.

Disliked: They had roaches and i felt the need to clean the room before using bed or restroom or shower.

Disliked: The place was not like what it shows online . The bathroom was the worse it had brown rust in the tubs . I tried 3 rooms and the last one had the lease rust but still nasty . The room had a smell to it . It was so quiet during the day but at night it was so lively. The people played loud music, doors slamming all night back and forth then one night around 4am someone came and knocked on my door I was scared so I contacted the office staff and he just asked what room I was in and hung up . I couldn’t sleep after that . I would not recommend this place to anyone . I wasted $400 for 3 nights .

Liked: The staff was super nice and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Location was in a not so good area, the door looked liked someone had kicked in and was replaced with screws and a board, there was baby roaches in the shower every morning, never letting my husband pick a hotel room again!!
