Good

Liked: Great location, just a short walk to Waikiki beach.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was included, but options were very very limited (coffee, milk, cereals, and plain bread only). Many guests end up bringing their own yogurt, fruits, etc. Also, parking is not always available.

Disliked: Inability to contact by email after Hawaiian Air cancelled flight on 29 March. Inconvenient for me and meant that the room was unnecessarily left vacant.
