Do not go to Aqua...

Disliked: Booking.com gave a rating of 6.3 and Pleasant.It was far from that.The place is in disrepair,the photos do not match the facility.There looks to be long term residents there who were under influence of what..I am not able to say.The furniture was well loved and had greasy marks down the chairs..noone would want to sit on themThe door had no barrel in the security lock and the door definitely looked worse for wear.We felt uncomfortable and not safe.We checked in,but could not stay.We had booked in for 2 nights and tried to cancel the 2nd night.As yet,there us still no reply.Tried to contact booking.com.Sent email twice to notify Aqua Blue as there was no one in the office.Rang multiple times with no reply.I am sorry I did not read all the reviews.I am sorry that I put my family who were visiting through this and I am sorry that I used Booking.com for this devastating experience...

Liked: Bus at the doorstop leads to and from Main Beach for breakfast and dinner or Marina Mirage & Seaworld.
Disliked: All good.

Disliked: The cleanliness The disgusting smell of cigarette Unsafe especially with a child Photos are very deceptive We didn’t even stay, walked in and walked back out booked somewhere else Have requested a refund

Disliked: Room was filthy, couldn't sleep in the bed as had bed bugs. The complex had been fire bombed a couple of days before arrival so half building destroyed and police tape still cordoned off.
