Disappointing due to the amount...
Liked: The location was very good just a 2 minute walk to the public beach/boardwalk. Hotel staff were very kind
Disliked: Room needed to be kept at 61° at all times or else the floor would become wet. Floor was not swept or mopped before we got to the room we had to request a cleaning that took hours to receive. Pool was dirty and slimy with used bandaids on the side of the pool. Hot tub was slimy, green and didn’t work. Had to fight the sliding door to get open for access to the balcony. Fan and hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work and there was bandage tape around the broken hairdryer

Liked: The staff was more then friendly!! Very kind and if we needed something, if they had it, they brought it to us.
Disliked: The hot tub was down and the hair dryer didn’t work. The bathroom had hair in the shower.

Go somewhere else
Liked: Nothing about it I really liked. It did the job for a night but I wouldn’t pick here to stay again.
Disliked: Water pressure is a joke, the pool outside was sooooo dirty and the man at the check in encounter seems to not make good use of his time so my sister and I had waited in the lobby for a good 25 min while other employees looked for the guy who I could check us in.

Disliked: Staff member was insensitive and rude.I am a senior citizen and asked to use the restroom and waited 20 minutes to get a key and check in.The representative had the key and intentionally delayed getting me access to the restroom. When I reminded him how disrespectful his father or grandfather would feel mistreated and then he apologized but after much resistance. I damn near wet myself. He showed he didn't give 1 damn about customers needs. A basic need to relieve oneself. I let him know i almost had to pass in a corner.How would be like cleaning that or phoning police.he started to understand. I am truly angry at him.I may not return for overnight ever again
