We were in the best...

Liked: The staff was excellent, and they helped when you needed them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: The toaster was broken, and I did tell the front desk concierge about it, and it was missing the hair dryer. But other than that, I really couldn't complain.

We loved our vacation

Liked: The room was great.Loved the location ,
Disliked: Just wished the pool was fixed and there was something wrong with the tv. We couldn't hear anything .

It was ok family was...

Liked: Good location staff was nice
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were green and nasty. Doors to building wouldn’t open and it stormed one night and i had big window in my room the water came through all over the floor

Wonderful Place to Stay

Liked: The employee Malcolm was extremely helpful, he answered any questions that we had. All other employees were also very helpful.
Disliked: There isn't anything that I could say that I didn't like.

FALSE advertisement in order to...

Liked: The air conditioner
Disliked: Very old smelling room Lobby area hot and stained dirty lobby furniture the area where you store pots and pans in the room appears to have a leak dishes were damp the guests had to share an iron to use on the sample size dirty ironing board this room was definitely not Ocean Front
