Liked: Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again.

Very poor

Disliked: The facility is nice, but under no circumstances should you go during a convention, because despite supposedly being non-smoking, I was surrounded by cigar smoke the entire time. Could not go to pool. Could not open door of unit, nor sit on balcony to enjoy the view. I alerted the front desk, but no action was taken even though I told them that a man who just checked in was smoking his big fat stinker in the hallway as he and his crew waited with their luggage cart at the elevator. And he was by no means the only one as others were smoking their cigars on the balcony overlooking the pool. And at the 5th floor outdoor lounge....everywhere!

We hope to come back!

Liked: Being right on the beach was great. The angle of the rooms is so nice! We couldn't afford the oceanfront but the other rooms offer great views also! The upstairs patio is also a great place to sit. We loved that area.
Disliked: The bathroom could use an upgrade.

I had a fantastic experience.

Liked: The room was excellent. Great view of the beach and ocean. Off season so I did not see many people nor staff.That was fine with me. The room service was very good. My check in was smooth. My check out, smooth, as well. The desk clerk was always friendly and helpful. I created some good memories with this stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: My visit went very smoothly. Every aspect of my visit was exceptional.

It was just above camping....

Disliked: Toilet didn't flush sometime. 1 of the table legs was loose. Minimal cookware.sink faucet was on backwards. Blinds did not completely shut room was bright all the time. Everything inside the room was just cheap.

Liked: I just about always stay at Aqua Beach with the family for many years now. To me its wth the walk everywhere. Especially having the beach right across the street. The views are amazing too
Disliked: Everything was as expected. But my major gripe was actually with BOOKING.COM. I'm sure know one can tell me why I paid 300 more for the same room as my sister next door to me???Smh. And before someone says she found it cheaper, wrong. I found both rooms for us.

Overall a very nice place...

Liked: The property itself was nice, I loved the hot tub and heated pool! The rooms were well kept and I would have lived to utilize the rooftop lounge had it been a bit warmer.
Disliked: The door locks could be upgraded, ours wouldn’t deadbolt, but we made due. And there should be more mention (signs and notice at booking) that it’s a completely smoke free campus. That was difficult to navigate as a smoker. I paid my hard earned money to stay only to be told I couldn’t smoke anywhere on the entire campus of the hotel or my credit card would be charged $350. There may have only been 3-4 other guests per night so I’m positive they wouldn’t have cared about a little smoke. But I digress, just make guests more aware before paying for their stay.
