Very poor

Disliked: Outside my room was the smoking shack, I couldn’t open my curtains and heard people out outside raking all night. Very disappointed for the price paid

Liked: Staff was pleasant and helpful. He provided us with excellent dining recommendations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. He even called our room to make sure we had everything we needed and that our accommations were as we wanted.
Disliked: No concerns at all.

Don't bother

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Where the carpet meets the linoleum there was a layer of nastiness I accidentally touched my foot with and stuck. It was so gross.My room had a full kitchen but the cupboards were empty, so you have to bring your own cookware, plates, and utensils. The full sized fridge they advertise was installed with the hinges on the wrong side so you couldn't open the fridge without having to move the table.....

Liked: The convenience was great and the staff was very accommodating until there was a problem.
Disliked: On the first night, I saw a roach in my bathroom but only saw one, so I killed it and thought nothing of it. The next night, I woke up, and there was a baby roach on my bed and an adult roach on the wall. I also saw one in the bathroom...again. I informed the staff of this, who had me move to another room so that they could exterminate. I had to leave most of my things behind in the room and only take enough for overnight. When I left, I had to go through all of my belongings to ensure I was not taking any roaches home with me!! Upon checkout, I asked the front desk if I would have any compensation for the inconvenience and they said that I would have to talk to the manager. She told them that she was on the way to a meeting, so they took my information and said that I would get an email. I NEVER received any response from the hotel. The next week, I had to return to Alaska, so I stopped by to inquire about the compensation. This time, I did speak with the manager, who stated that she would talk with her higher management and would email or call me. Again, I have heard nothing from the hotel. I would like some response from the hotel!!

Liked: Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The view of Home Depot both on the first 2 nights in Anchorage and the second 2 nights in Anchorage! On the first visit we mentioned that we did not have a good view of anything. On the second visit we asked not to be in a room looking at Home Depot. It was on the ground floor and still looking at the same scene. Not impressed with the view. Location and parking were good and the price was great.
