Smitten and plan to return...

Liked: The B&B was spot on and fully deserving of its 9.8 score. It could not be better located for Keswick itself or for walks around Derwent Water. Don’t think our dog’s tail stopped wagging the whole time we were there.
Disliked: Leaving.

Best location, best host!

Liked: Wonderful location, wonderful host. Spotless room, my dog was welcomed with open arms, walks quite literally on the doorstep, advice on what to do and where to go locally and the most fabulous breakfast! Can’t wait to come back.

Home from home

Liked: Fantastic bed and breakfast, Catherine was lovely and made you feel very welcome. 5 min walk to town centre and the view from the room was stunning. The room was really big and spotless also the beds were really comfy. Facilities are excellent, too even have a dry room for you and your pet was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back

Liked: This is a perfect location with lovely views and close to town. Katherine and Jason are very welcoming hosts. it was lovely having fresh milk from the fridge for my room. Complimentary cake was available with the opportunity to make a donationto mountain rescue. breakfast was pre ordered, which made service smooth an quick. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Liked: The view from my window was superb. It was helpful to have a Dining/Sitting Room for guests where you could make a packed lunch for walking the next day. Beautiful property.
