I am impressed by how...

Liked: They are taking steps to improve this property! I’ve stayed here many times. This time there was a new bed, new bedding, new curtains, new and larger fridge, and new bath towels.In addition, they have been excellent communicators on Booking.com and the person I dealt with both checking in and out was friendly and helpful (as usual). I asked for them to accommodate me on a couple items, in particular a very late early morning check in time, and they were very accommodating (I’ve needed this during every stay, and they have been consistently accommodating every time).
Disliked: Very little not to like. A solid 8 or 9 experience, with the improvements from my last stay.

Liked: I was pleased with the convenience of checking in the room was clean and served it's purpose, I left early the next morning due to work.
Disliked: There was a $100 security deposit that I have yet to receive back. That would be my only complaint.

Liked: The one thing I liked was there was no neighbors
Disliked: The worst part was at 2:00 a.m. after I got to sleep the tweakers wanted to come up on the property and hit my door and then start digging in the trash right next to my room until I threw my door open and told them get out of here there is no security

Happy with my stay!

Liked: The people in the office were very friendly and accommodating. it is obvious they put some effort into ensuring the bedding and towels are sanitary and bug-free. It’s my seventh-or so time staying here and I have never brought home bug problems.
Disliked: This isn’t a 5 star hotel—not for fancy folks. Some of the towels are stained (but very much clean!), there is a noisy street outside. But plenty comfortable and clean.
