Great location, luxurious surroundings, excellent...

Liked: Excellent breakfast choice, well cooked and presented. Room facilities good. Car park convenient. Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout stay. Hotel location superb - handy for all town centre services yet tucked away from main street and in a quiet area, handy for bus services.
Disliked: Bathroom rather cramped and difficult to operate shower, standard bed size (prefer king size), steep stairs to top floor.

Liked: I like the layout and decoration of the room and hotel, which is very elegant.
Disliked: The only thing that I don't like is the size of wash sink, which is too small, only half of normal size.

Disliked: The stairs, no lift.

Nice hotel but not 5...

Liked: Staff were really helpful, they are the best part of the hotel doing several.jobs but still managed to smile Bath was fantastic
Disliked: It seems that additional staff members are needed the room, which was nice outlook absolutely awful looked out to rundown property also expected as it was rated 5 stars need re painting in the room may seem iam been picky but at just under £700 for 2 nights it's above a usual rate I did bring my own toiletries even though it stated all are provided there were 2 very small jars around 40ml in size with a combined shampoo and conditionor and a body wash the skinnest piece of soap I have stayed in lower stars and had some really good toiletries in the room
