Liked: Garden room was very well appointed and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Location with views over the Eden valley and a well kept garden was conveniently close to the A66 for a one night stop while en-route to another destination.
Disliked: Can't think of anything, even the spring weather was good.

Disliked: Sometimes no water and the staff seemed very inexperienced even though they tried very hard. Couldn’t work out how to charge my EV.

Liked: We were upgraded and the room was super. Lovely view, comfortable bed and clean shower. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the service was exemplary. Reception was first class with lots of information, map of the area and suggestions for walks.
