Overall it was a pleasant...
Liked: Clean and up to date
Disliked: Big gaps all around the door letting in the cold air. The filters in the heater were gross.

The front desk guy ruined...
Liked: Had a nice big shower
Disliked: The rooms was cold, took heater 30 mins to come on. Check in process was terrible took really long the lights in the room were too bright. No soap or shampoo just empty packets, smelled kinda bad like dirty mop

I insist a refund. Or...
Disliked: I opened the door. And almost puked. The room was discussing. Very dirty, furniture was broken and in terrible condition. A/C-Heater was hanging from the wall. I went to the office to complain. And was shown a different room. In just as bad condition. I asked for a refund. Was refused. And told to contact you. I was so angry and repulsed by the condition of the property, and management staff. I didn't take any pictures. I recommend you make ever efforts to investigate.

It met my needs for a one night stay.
Liked: The hotel was close to an event I was attending.
Disliked: They filled in the pool, rules about when you have to have a guest leave the room. Wall AC didn't work efficiently.

I will never stay there again. In fact, I shouldve asked for a refund and left but the bed was comf
Liked: No breakfast was served There was dirt everywhere on the floor hair in the toilet in the bathroom. Shower curtains were filthy with mold shower area wasnt clean toothpaste and soap stains everywhere. The door entrance wasnt sealed all the way around light was shining through. There was blood droplets in the bathroom on the floor and in fact, the morning I left, there was a scorpion that I captured in the room lighting was too bright. There was no nightlight or dimmer, took too long for the shower to heat up. The bed was comfortable, though cleanliness was extremely poor. To top it off, there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner in the room.
