I insist a refund. Or...

Disliked: I opened the door. And almost puked. The room was discussing. Very dirty, furniture was broken and in terrible condition. A/C-Heater was hanging from the wall. I went to the office to complain. And was shown a different room. In just as bad condition. I asked for a refund. Was refused. And told to contact you. I was so angry and repulsed by the condition of the property, and management staff. I didn't take any pictures. I recommend you make ever efforts to investigate.

It met my needs for...

Liked: The hotel was close to an event I was attending.
Disliked: They filled in the pool, rules about when you have to have a guest leave the room. Wall AC didn't work efficiently.

I will never stay there...

Liked: No breakfast was served There was dirt everywhere on the floor hair in the toilet in the bathroom. Shower curtains were filthy with mold shower area wasn’t clean toothpaste and soap stains everywhere. The door entrance wasn’t sealed all the way around light was shining through. There was blood droplets in the bathroom on the floor and in fact, the morning I left, there was a scorpion that I captured in the room lighting was too bright. There was no nightlight or dimmer, took too long for the shower to heat up. The bed was comfortable, though cleanliness was extremely poor. To top it off, there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner in the room.
Disliked: Cleanliness is important the bathroom should’ve been cleaned

Disliked: No hot water. Very unsanitory kitchenette.

Disliked: The 2nd room was ok but the first room was filthy seen a roach not clean had ashes and trash behind the night stand smelled like cigarettes really bad people outside fighting and guy working on his car all night

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms have been updated with rebuilt shower and nice tile throughout ...but...
Disliked: the lighting inside the room is all floor or wall mounted bright lighting... a lamp with softer lighting would have been nice.... maybe a wall hanging or two would have added a nice touch... a throw rug of some sort on the tile floor would have helped... and a room heater of some sort would have been nice...

Disliked: Our floor was dirty so I wasn't 100% sure if it had been cleaned
