Liked: It listed breakfast but it was weak coffee, power bars, instant oatmeal, apples.

The price is right.

Liked: I travel to this area fairly often and look for a budget friendly motel, which the Apple Tree definitely is. The room meets basic needs and is worn but clean.
Disliked: They advertise a breakfast. Breakfast consists of one choice of granola bar, instant oatmeal, Coffee & sometimes a piece of fruit . The returnable credit card deposit (after being held a few days) is more than the room.

Disliked: I got out of my Truck and two boys approached me, they were looking for cigarettes for one of the guests mother.They were very rude and a bit scary for me. I got back into my truck and stayed somewhere else.

Liked: Good location. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Smelled like pot in hallways. Carpet was kind of old and dingy. Bathroom fan would not turn off. Could be heard while trying to sleep. Bathroom light flickers off and on. No non slips in bathtub. Shower water was way too scalding hot, or wouldn’t get hot. AC power cord had circuit breaker tripped, almost couldn’t get it to reset and work when it was warm during the day. Heater was kind of small and took a long time to warm up space when it was cold at night. Also, heater fan was kind of noisy too. So both bathroom fan and heater fan made noise while trying to sleep. Cable box was unplugged from wall, so had to plug it in, then wait 30-60 minutes for reset before cable would work.
