Liked: The hostel is exceptionally well located to explore historic Philadelphia, with most major sites in very close walking distance. There is also quite the nightlife scene one street away. The hostel is very clean, provides towels, charging ports both at every bed and inside each suitcase-sized locker in the rooms, can hold your bags before/after you check out, has a large and comfortable lobby, has a large kitchen if you need it, coffee is $1, and the reception is manned 24 hours.
Disliked: There could perhaps be a small bar/pub crawl just for the nearby area on 2nd Street. There are really no complaints for this hostel.

Bed, bath and good location

Liked: I was there for a night. It was my second stay in three years. It is in a great location for walking and SEPTA access. I liked that lockers were outside the 18-bed room because lockers are noisy and I was an early riser. There is also plenty to like. They give guests activities nightly.
Disliked: It is a great hostel.

Exceptional

Liked: Hostel is really well located - It's in the heart of the old city and only 5-min walk away to Liberty Bell and Piers. Room and the kitchen were always clean. Because of the events they organize every day it's really easy to meet new people and socialize. I definitely recommend to stay here!

It's a hostel

Liked: easy to get to the subway and the airport. I came in the night and left a few hours later. I have stayed here before.
Disliked: I don't know if it was the women in my room or the staff, but the window was open and it got really humid and sticky. Super uncomfortable for trying to sleep. People talking on the street right outside. Might not have been able to hear it if the window had been shut

Liked: The facilities were very clean overall, the room I stayed at was spacious and comfortable. Also the staff was great.

Liked: Good location. Near to historical areas.7-11 nearby and Philly Cheese steaks...
Disliked: The only comment is no elevator/ lift...Good thing female dorm is only on the first floor.
