Great hospitality in checking in and in the restaurant; nicest room we've been in for years. Great place!

Disliked: No fresh milk for coffee/tea in the morning. Air conditioner unit in room faulty and make a noise akin to Chinese water torture at night, so poor sleep.

Disliked: The front desk staff was somewhat un-profesdional..There was no cash option for payment. I don't like using credit cards, i don't want to pay interest on a 20hr hotel stay.

Apple

Liked: The name in itself is "Apple Farm" which reminds me of warm apple pie. I had a lovely room fit for a queen! I went swimming in their pool, open year round and Jacuzzi. You are greeted by a cookie and a smile, with an option to have a free glass of wine during happy hour. There is a collection of coffee and tea in the lobby, with an option to buy snacks.
Disliked: I was expecting to have breakfast at their on-site restaurant, but instead a pastry/yogurt/banana in lobby (restaurant being renovated)...what a disappointment.

Superb

Liked: Great location with spacious and well-appointed rooms (mini fridge, fireplace, decent AC). Facilities are attractive with plenty of parking (unlike some places in SLO, where you sometimes have to pay for it). I got a free upgrade to a room with an outdoor hot tub, so that was especially nice.
Disliked: The breakfast provided at the lobby for free was fairly basic (oatmeal packets, pre-packaged muffins, apples or oranges) and coffee with non-dairy creamer. But for those who want something more hearty, there is a restaurant nearby.
